About Us
Deb earned her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from Pacific University in 2014 and has been working in educational settings in Washington County for the past 10 years. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence with The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (AHSA) and a license with Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology.
Deb has worked with children ages 2 - 18 assessing and treating language delay, speech sound disorders, Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), stuttering, and social communication disorder. Deb believes that building relationships with her clients and their families is the most important factor in the outcome of speech therapy. She believes that everyone learns better when they are feeling safe and having fun!
In her spare time, Deb enjoys outdoor activities and adventures. She loves traveling, gardening, camping, hiking, paddle boarding, and spending time with family and friends. Deb believes in community engagement and has volunteered with Girl Scouts, PTA, Oregon Special Olympics, Imagine Possibilities, and our local high school band and sports programs.
